At least we didn't get tetanus

In preparation for our backyard renovation I put our rusty chain link fence on craigslist for free - you dig.

These are the actual photos which drew dozens of interested e-mails:

Our contractor wanted to charge $100 to dump it somewhere but I'm cheap.

I chose a nice, retired teacher to remove the fence and it took him three days of really hard work. The fence was already here when my neighbors moved in 25 years ago so it was pretty committed to the ground.

He was even nice enough to bring his own fill dirt to replace the soil displaced by removing fence posts.

Adios fence - now that you're gone we've rubiconned!
