Man everyone has great customer service...well not Sears but everyone else!

A couple of weeks ago the Delta faucet at my parent's house went kaput. I couldn't return it to Home Depot because I didn't have a receipt or box so I shipped it back to Delta. 

Check out this brand new faucet they sent back! Its the upgrade to the previous faucet with plastic components where the metal ones had rusted out in the old one.

I admit $150 is a lot for a faucet - especially since it went kaput within five years of installation but with this type of customer service who cares!?

Now Sears could take a page from their book - they've been jerking my husband around with a simple $20 return for weeks.
