When Sourcing turns into Shopping

First my trunk - which I think can finally be vacuumed post Summer of Compost.

Little Tikes basketball hoop for the nieces - 3.99

1.99 planter
.99 dinner plates
.49 salad plates

I know I said I was holding out to replace kitchen plates with jadeite but let's face it - that could take the rest of my life. Also I already had a square plate and they could be mixed or matched with jadeite pieces - like my bowls!

Its time to retire my 6plates/$2 first apartment garage sale find even if they were dishwasher safe. That's right internet - I am ready to switch back to hand washing!

I also bought this little stoneware planter because I can't pass up these colors. I keep staring at it and trying to figure out what else I can use it for but so far - I have nothing.

I am Thriftasaurising it up: http://thriftasaurus.blogspot.com/2015/10/thriftasaurus-5.html

Dishwashers are few and far between in the English kitchen mainly because they are so small , besides I find washing dishes quite relaxing and it takes the aches out of my hands

Your green depression glass plates are in the Adam pattern and the Florentine pattern (in case you decide to list on eBay).
