Look at what I found at TJ Maxx!

Lighting seems to be the word in the "branches section." They had the generic twigs, feathers, mini flowers, etc all with lighting inside.

This set was $15 and battery operated like the rest.

I may know where I'm moving in June and these would be perfect for the living room. If I don't move there I'll probably just return them. My designing tastes have drifted from the reds/whites/metallics into more organic, earthy tones.

This color tea light holder was .30 but all others were 7.99. Guess what color I picked?

My most exciting find won't mean anything to you unless you've watched Dollhouse. Back in 2009 I went on and on about loving these lights and two years later I find this one for $7.99!

Its the size of a painbucket and the handle is removable/can just be laid down. Inside is a removable glass jar.

I plan to paint it darker, a la Dollhouse, and get one of those solar powered jar lights to place inside. How wonderful would it be to live in a home that softly lights up as the sun goes down?

Has anyone seen cheap solar powered lights? Individual jars cost around $20 and I am hesitant to make my own by breaking apart path lights. Its something I'd been kicking around ye olde noggin for months but until I bought this holder never really considered :)

In case you were wondering what my inspiration is for the next home - think Dollhouse. Indirect lighting, woodtones, warm colors, frosted glass...just watch this video:

I should pay TJ Maxx a visit as I love the twig/branch light. Thanks for the heads up!
